Clinical measures and risk

Customers can include clinical outcome measures and other questionnaires on their SilverCloud platform. They can also be used as a tool to capture risk.

The diagram above shows a typical risk protocol on SilverCloud.

Risk is triggered during the completion of questionnaires that ask questions around self-harm/suicidal ideation, for example, 1 or more on Q9 of the PHQ9. Customers will define their measures and risk settings as part of the platform setup process.
