Implementation cycle

The implementation cycle usually lasts 4-8 weeks, depending on the scope of the project. An implementation manager at SilverCloud will lead the project, working alongside key members of your service to setup a customised platform and supporting to operationalise it within your service. Customers should appoint a project team to manage the implementation and on-going delivery of SilverCloud.
