Summary
Some services deactivate clients after a period of time or as a result of certain exclusions during sign up. We have made the following changes to make it easier for supporters to identify and manage the deactivated clients in their service.
Deactivated tab
Deactivated clients are now shown under a "deactivated" tab, separately from other clients on the client table.
Reduced actions
The action drop-down list now only includes the actions that can be completed for deactivated clients.
Clearer messaging
Within a client's review panel, the supporter is clearly informed that the client is deactivated.
