Client Review Page Update - No Activity

Following feedback from supporters, we have made an improvement to the client review page to help with the process of reviewing a client's activity. This update will help in the case when there is no client activity to review.

• We have removed the yellow notification banner which used to tell you that a client had no activity to show.
• We have replaced it with more detailed information, and an illustration.
• This space should help you to be able to tell from a glance that there is nothing new to review on this tab.
• All previous activity is still there on the page for you to reference if needed, you just need to scroll down.
