Overview
There is no way to filter a client's activity. There are many reasons that you may want to do so. We have added an initial set of filters to help:
- filter recent activity only
- navigate to see what a client did at specific reviews, not just the most recent
Filtering recent activity only
You can now filter a client's review activity to only show their most recent activity (highlighted in yellow) and hide previous activity.
This will help you if you experience any of the following when reviewing a client:
- if a client has a lot of previous activity and it can be difficult to see what exactly is new and what is older activity.
- if you prefer to only see new activity and you do not need to see previous activity when carrying out the review.
To activate the 'Recent Only' filter:
- select the 'Filter' icon at the top of the 'Activity' panel.
- Select the 'Recent Only' checkbox.
- Only new activity will be shown, previous activity will be hidden.
- When the filter is closed, the data will revert to its most up to date state showing previous and new activity together.
Navigating between reviews
It was previously possible to show specific review activity by select 'Show context' from the messaging thread.
With this change we have made it easier to filter the review shown on screen.
This will help if you want to:
- see what a client did in a previous review
- see how a clients activity changed over time, for example changes showing how a Goals tool or CBT Cycle evolved over time
- in clinical supervision if you need to bring up more context about when certain data was added or removed
To navigate between reviews:
- select the 'Filter' icon at the top of the 'Activity' panel.
- Use the review navigation arrows to show what activity was carried out at other review periods.
- The recent only toggle can work complementarily with this navigation if you need.
- When the filter is closed, the information displayed on screen will revert to showing the most recent review period.
