We know that that way in which supporters use SilverCloud varies from supporter to supporter and from service to service.

One common variation, particularly since the onset of COVID-19, has been the way in which SilverCloud reviews are being conducted, with an increasing number of reviews being completed via telephone and video conferencing software in addition to the online review messaging function that SilverCloud provides.

From August 2022 it will be possible to identify the review type.

To minimise any additional work for the supporter, the review type will default to “online” for every review.

For services using our standard export text, the review type will now be included in the session summary
