On May 31st, 2021, we will release a new feature that allows supporters to add a reason for ending a user’s reviews. This will help to better understand how users are moving through the platform. The following options are available for the coach upon selecting the ‘End reviews’ option:
Reporting
The reason for completion is recorded when a supporter ends a user's reviews. The record of this for all users can be found in the client data file of the exports, available in the Export Data tab.
