Filtering and searching the message thread

The messages panel on the right-hand-side of each Client Review page contains all the communication between yourself and your client. This includes:

• Your review messages
• Messages from the client to you 
• A record of any actions carried out for the client (e.g. changing their review date) including any email messages that were sent to them regarding the actions. 

These messages can be searched and filtered using the filter button at the top right:

After clicking this filter button, you will see options to show or hide any of the types of message: 

These filter settings will save if you move to another client page. 

You can also search for keywords among all the messages by clicking the search icon on the right:
